2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • Return request is raised within [24/48/72] hours of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, used medical equipment and consumable accessories may not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sanitized medical devices after usage
  • Personal hygiene-related accessories
  • Customized or special-order equipment
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Rental Equipment Policy

A. Rental Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch may qualify for a partial or full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur transportation and handling charges.

B. Early Return of Rental Equipment

  • Rental charges already paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Security deposits, if applicable, may be refunded after equipment inspection.

C. Damage to Rental Equipment

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by:

  • Misuse
  • Negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Physical damage beyond normal wear and tear

Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within:

  • 7–14 business days for online payments
  • Bank processing timelines may vary

Cash-on-delivery refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:
