At O2 Cylinder By O2 For Everyone, we strive to provide reliable medical equipment and healthcare support services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of orders, rentals, subscriptions, and services related to our products including:

  • BiPAP & CPAP Equipment
  • BiPAP/CPAP Rentals
  • Hospital Bed Rentals
  • Monitoring Devices & ICU Aids
  • Nebulizers
  • Oxygen Accessories
  • Oxygen Concentrator Rentals
  • Oxygen Concentrators
  • Oxygen Cylinder Rentals
  • Oxygen Cylinders (OxyKits)
  • Portable Oxygen Concentrator Rentals

By placing an order or renting equipment from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the product has been dispatched or delivered.

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if any.
  • Orders already prepared for dispatch may incur handling or logistics charges.
  • Custom, urgent, or specially arranged medical equipment orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately via phone, email, or website support.

2. Rental Equipment Cancellation

a) Before Delivery

Rental bookings cancelled before delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on logistics and preparation costs.

b) After Delivery

Once rental equipment has been delivered and installed:

  • Rental charges already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
  • Pickup and sanitization charges may apply.
  • Minimum rental duration conditions, if applicable, must be fulfilled.

3. Same-Day & Emergency Deliveries

Orders fulfilled under emergency, express, or same-day delivery services may not be cancellable once dispatched from our facility.

Delivery and emergency service charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Oxygen Cylinder & Concentrator Rentals

For safety, hygiene, and operational reasons:

  • Oxygen Cylinder Rentals, OxyKits, Oxygen Concentrator Rentals, and Portable Oxygen Concentrator Rentals can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After delivery, cancellation requests will be treated as early termination of rental service and applicable rental/pickup charges will apply.
  • Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after equipment inspection and clearance.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • Banking partners
  • Payment gateways
  • Verification of equipment condition
  • Completion of pickup formalities

6. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items/services are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered or activated:

  • Used or opened respiratory accessories
  • Consumables and hygiene products
  • Damaged equipment due to customer misuse
  • Emergency medical support services already rendered
  • Installation or technician visit charges

7. Damaged or Incorrect Equipment

If customers receive damaged, defective, or incorrect equipment, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may provide:

  • Replacement equipment
  • Repair support
  • Partial or full refund, where applicable

8. Company Rights

O2 Cylinder By O2 For Everyone reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cancellation requests in cases of misuse or policy abuse
  • Deduct applicable service, delivery, sanitization, repair, or pickup charges
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
